🕓 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@luxsken.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Please Note:

  • Returned items must be in original, unused condition

  • Opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is 5–7 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
